Did you know; some radiology studies such as BMD (Bone Mineral Densitomitry) result only in a report being created. These studies do not produce images and as such you will not see these types of studies appear in this portal.

While Exact Radiology will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that this service is accessible at all times, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. There may be minor disruptions for maintenance of the system, or public internet issues or evolving technologies may disrupt your ability to view this service.

We shall endeavour to be across disruptions and provide any workaround as we become aware of these.

Your diagnostic images are very important and are viewed by a Specialist Doctor (Radiologist) who produces a report for your doctor. You should consult your doctor to discuss your results.

Your doctor will receive a report asap.

You may view your report 72 hours after the Radiologist has finalised the report.

Please note that some medical reports, particularly those prior to 1-JAN-2017 may not yet be available to this portal. We endeavour to have these reports available to the portal as soon as we can. Please consult with your referring physician if you need a copy of such reports.
You may allow your doctor or allied health professional to view your results utilising your own user name and password for the purpose of your appointment. Alternatively they can liaise directly with our Medical Liaison Officer to enable access.
Many doctors still find hard copy images on film very important and we respect their views. Your doctor’s secretary may speak with us directly to ensure your hard copy results are available for your doctor to view.
